@SubteraScorpion actually if your disc gets fucked up there can be some graphic glitches for example my old l4d2 dsk made everything look like post it notes.

Unless you can give me die hard proof on how this is modded, I am going to brush this comment aside.. Which is going to be extremely impossible in your case, since I didn't mod the game. Good luck!

Ugh my disc has the chips and cracks in the middle too.. it makes it slow and also makes a clicking noise inside my xbox O.o and when it doesn't go slow it looks like that (even the epic backround for the main menu) :D

Over priced computers? My computer is 700 dollars and it will run any game on higher graphics than any console could run and my pc will outlast any console my last computer lasted eight years, we don't have to purchase monthly subs unless for mmo's. sure the pc might crash but how is that different from the red ring of death? Over priced computers are for those with extra cash, if you want a nice computer hit me up

@suparockr I've only played my broken L4D2 disc twice. The first time I was like 'wtf is going on? lol' Then I told my friend about it and he told me to record and put it on YouTube for everyone else to see. So I did. Like I said, this is the second the time I've played the broken disc. I've already bought a new one after the 1st time, so not to fret. And honestly, my MW2 disc is becoming the same way, with chipped/scratches/and cracks through the middle part where the eye reads.

Looks like you disc is having problems reading textures and replaces them with others at close LODs, for example the "blue" things you are seeing are normal maps for the static meshes that give the illusion of depth to the textures.
