Cold Air is more Dense that's all........ These cars use Batch Fired injectors, any embalance of Airflow from Cylinder to Cylinder when you put the same amount of Fuel to all Cylinders.............................. No matter what the O2 Sensor says YOU ARE LEAN on 1 or more Cylinders!
BMW is the only ones who ran ITB's thru a MAF Sensor..... WHY? The Stock Electronics dictated so!

I'm guessing it's not great to daily drive like that. Seems like it would pull in a shitload of hot air. Sounds great.
