I read, and read again your comment and i dont understand it. How you came to this conclusion. To critic its easy, but to do an argument its not. Do you know kyudo is?, its principles, are you an expert of cultures?

弓道で的の中心を射抜けというのは単純に考えるとアーチェリーよりも数段難しいものです。
理由を挙げると、弓道よりアーチェリーのほうが矢が腕に近い、弓道には明確な照準がない、弓道の弓はアーチェリーの弓と比べると意外と適当（職人さんが適当に作っているという意味ではありません）というものがあります。
矢が腕に近いほうが中る、というのは説明するまでもありません。
弓道ではそれをカバーすべく「骨で射ること肝要」としています。
照準に関しては矢が地面と平行であれば重い弓を引いていれば高さは大体あうので必要ない、というほうがむしろ正しいのかもしれません。
弓道では弓を角見で回しますが、逆に射手にそれだけ技術がなければ真っ直ぐ飛ばないということで、いくら職人さんが汗水血を流し長い年月を費やして作ったすばらしい弓であっても万人がそれを使いこなせるとは限らないのです。
それに弓道の弓には激しい個体差があります。
以上の短い説明でアーチェリーと弓道で的を射ることの難しさの差の一部でも理解いただけたら嬉しいです。
結論として、「アーチェリー」と「弓道」は別のスポーツ（武道）だと私は考えます。

様式美としてはあると思いますが肝心の的には
あたるのでしょうか？弓道何段という大層な方がテレビに出ておられましたが中心どころか的にも当たりませんでした。笑えましたが・・・・。
その点弓道ではないですがアーチェリーの山本さんはすごかったですね。
