Even if they tipped the Dalek on its side? I reckon the cybermen would loose no more than 10, 000 in donig this, if they rushed it all at once, 15, 000 top wack. Once they got it on its side they could all jump up and down on it.

@Genierules If all five million Cybermen attacked at once, the Dalek might still live, but its eyepiece, "ears", plunger, and exterminator will all be destroyed.

The Dalek will then go completely nuts and eventually kill itself!

@Genierules Actually, the cybermen could win that. it's been demostrated that it's possible to overload and bring down a Daleks sheilds, at which point they are much easier to kill. Not easy, but easier. Killing a Dalek is NEVER easy!
