The actual injection site is very shallow. I had a drop of blood once but that's about it. No real need to check for broken blood vessels. My ibd sucks at the moment. Been off work for seven months. I also had to go off the chemo because of a surgery. It didn't work well afterwards, so i am back to being a slave of many pills. Good luck to your wife!
I notice you didn't depress the syringe to check to see if you might be in a blood vessel. My wife getting ready to start her treatment in couple of days. Thank you for your informational video. How is your crohn's doing now?
because prednisone is a steroid it can cause mostly weight gain but sometimes weight loss everyone is different.. just as everyone's DNA is different.
@AHthefarther yea, poor zorro was returned to the vet five times before my ma found him and took him home. he s a perpetual kitten mentally (even though he s about 10 yrs old, roughly) and still sucks on stuff. but he s a trooper!!! haven't met a cat so determined to drive us all crazy...or live which ever! much love

helpful hints with cimzia i learned the hard way(I also took humira too) with cimzia you want to leave it out for 40-60 min otherwise it will sting and you want to make sure you numb the area for 10 min before(with humira I had to numb it to) cimzia stings alot more than humira i hope those tips help take the edge of the sting a little bit

I dispense this stuff all the time, and it's easy to get desensitized to what people go through with these treatments. Prednisone sucks. Dethklok no way! Both shots at the same time...I do Humira injections..once every two weeks. Second shot hurts more.. First injection you have a little adrenaline going. Second shot..its spent or you don't have same anxiety. At least thats what my tattoo artist told me...lol. How is the medication working? I am on predisone, Immuran, humira, coumadin, propanalole..I think thats it..two immune suppressants.

no junk food, no E numbers, just fruit and veg and meat I think.
I dont know much about this.
I had to inject myself in the vein, one time I only had a huge syringe, know the ones about an inch diametre with needle near the side?
was like a nail almost, luckily I quite like needles.

I hated sterroids : ( i gained 50 pounds and im 16!! : (( and im on my lastt chance ..cimzia if it dont work surgery here i come! : ( Good luck.
