When people "occupy" a govt building as was done in Wisconsin to demand political privilege then maybe "protest" doesn't accurately describe it. When OWS "occupies" land arbitrarily and then calls it "theirs" - again, does "protest" reasonably define this? If the "Tea Party" is not allowed to do what OWS does then surely we are no longer talking about "the right to protest" are we?
