slick editing, i found it more like a work of art than funny, buy didnt like the title. do you prefix portrayal of heterosexual connections with the word straight? drop the g word and you are golden.
@veniceadriana yeah, theres nothing wrong, just an unnecessary highlight. relationships are entwined consciousnesses. gay/straight classification is peripherally physical.
@hereaminow I like your observations; thank you! (I just wish this video were deep enough to merit this kind of quality insight, but thank you all the same.)
I always did think that the original Shakespearean play already had tonnes of subtext - and the Bollywood movie keeps it! Albeit with more hilarious crack, apparently - or maybe that's to your credit. :D
I just can't stop laughing !!!! omkara is the best movie i've ever seen ..... and now, it's more than the best ...... it's wonderfull !!! you're a crazy guy or girl !! thanks :D
I wanted to post the most horrible comment after reading the title of the video as I could be cassified as the biggest fan of Langda Tyagi. But haven't you done a f**king good job with this video. Job well done mate
I really need to see this film now. Very well done, my dear. Brought a smile and a giggle, and I really liked the match up between the lyrics-scene you did. :)
You really have to see the film - and yes, it was the song's lyrics which inspired this video, especially the line "I've got a powerful horse outside..." ;)
After all the insinuations of homosexuality Shakespeare's Iago has had to face over the years, I suppose it was only a matter of time that someone came up with this!
Pitch perfect and hilarious. I love the movie and I loved this video!
lol at this

LOL this is BRILLIANT! Especially hilarious considering how scary and violent he actually is in the movie. That aside, I freakin' LOVE this film.

@gladitsmonday - "how scary and violent he actually is": OH YEAH. Giving him Kirsty MacColl's voice goes some way to defusing the menace, though!
And I love the movie, too! Succeeds completely - plot, script, cinematography, acting, music, all of it's awesome. All hail Bhardwaj!

@hereaminow There's nothing wrong with using the word "gay" to signal the orientation of this video, is there?
That issue apart, thanks very much for your kind comment - much appreciated!

Somehow, "straight as a stick of gum" is not a phrase I associate with Shakespeare's Iago. Not after that "I lay with Cassio lately" speech!
Langda is a different matter entirely, but this video was fun to make and I'm so pleased you liked it. Thanks very much for your kind comment!
