I keep thinking of Chase as Pierce now because of Community, its probably the glasses. Also Beverly is such a GILF its not even funny. Another thing I'll take this over the reboot that is rumored in happening.
I enjoyed this. Obviously not the $ of movies, but keeps absurdity of films and original magazine story. Chase not well aged, but D'Angelo still hot for an oldie. Would love to see another movie maybe as Chase, being bumbling grandpa.
Yeah I agree, they should get the same writer that made the first one (John Hughes) or maybe the Family Guy or The Office writing team - Those shows cracks me up I know one's a toon, but they are brilliantly written.
@imkool51391 Yeah Simpsons was/is good but I think the comedy style of Family Guy is funnier (lot's of simile's & puns) but that's just my opinion - I think FG goes down well here in the as the style of comedy is what we are used to
Chevy Chase was given a script for Vacation Downunder but rejected it as not being funny enough. If they'd found the right writer(s) there was heaps of potential for a very funny film. The Hotel Hell Vacation sadly falls flat - a few bright moments but overall disappointing.
I loved it and would love to see more! Someone needs to work on the description and keywords though...this is not a short remake of Vacation but more of another sequel. Also, keyword should be Clark Griswold, not Clark Groswold.
