  • Hello there! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend burned lots of weight.

  • Low carb, high carb, high fat, low fat, protein powder, chicken protein, w/e!! Your channel is by far my favorite, you have all kinds of recipes and great ideas.(whocares if u use artificial stuff sometimes) people you can always balance out the meals.lets say for instance if you have a high carb lunch go low carb for dinner, and everything should be good! stay within your calorie limit and get ur workout in!! Michael you are truly GREAT!! i love ur channel thanks!! :D

  • try putting the oil in a spray bottle you will use less and still get the effect of the crispiness you desire.

  • why not from potatoes?? i though bread is not goof for u ;)

  • next time you make food you want others to try.. make sure you eat them yourself after cooking!!!! otherwise im gonna try this out and see. looks good.

  • Why do we never see your face? lol. I also would like to see your body (no homo) but your meals and lifestyle are great, so I'd like to see how it reflects on your figure.

  • Michael wouldnt it be better to use Whole Wheat tortillas and cut them into chips and make them pretty much the same way.. that way you get a replica of real tortialla cheaps used for nachos..

  • Hey, love ur vids! cant wait to make and taste them all. I just wanted to ask you, which supermarket do u recommend for buying and being able to find all these low fat, low sodium food items, especially the spices. (im from europe and im going to NY for a bit and want to pick up as many as I can. Thanks

  • Dont pay attention to those stupid people complaining about your vids. Your videos are great and very educational. Keep up the good WORK!!!!!!!

  • this is da bomb keep making these vids...

  • low carbs = pointless..... Learn to control your insulin and you wont worry about carbs.....!

  • NICEEEEEEEE. Thanks man, u're the best...!

  • If you like sweet, sprinkling them with stevia and cinnamon after adding the oil would be an option. Also sprinkling parmesan cheese and paprika for some variety. Thanks for the video.

  • Liked Liked Liked! - you are a funny man.

  • nice recipe, only u could do it

  • I made this today and I love it!! Keep doing great recipes!

  • I miss the fast-forwarded bits :(

  • dear michael,

i read your responds to comments and you always start with "people keep asking/complaining that bla bla bla..." stop that. you're human, just as everybody else. you like being and eating healthy, just like your supporters. so we all share common interests. THAT fact is reason enough for you to make videos about what YOU think is good, not what you think your subscribers may like.

  • @N0Boddy

(text goes on here)... your subscribers, me included, appreciate you and your work, and because we share interests in fitness and health, your idea of what's good, will sure be fine for the most of us ;)

so just keep doing what you do, be confidend enough to ignore critics sometimes!

  • you should make a healther quesadillas :P

  • Enjoyed the video and love the channel. Since losing my weight and getting to my target weight, I still eat healthy but I eat carbs a lot now and love healthy carb recipes. Some of the ppl on here think that you have to live carb depleted and thats just wrong. Keep it up my man.

  • great video, ignore everyone being picky about carbs/microwaves/protein/EVERYTHING. the results are clear to be seen on your other vids so i highly doubt they're experts on the subject

  • great vid man...really cleaver idea

  • No macros for this?

  • how do you keep coming out with these these videos lol???

  • Sure they look good and better for!! But don't belive that they are tasting better then chips you buy

  • i would use macadamia nut oil instead of olive oil as they say the mac oil is better for you :)

  • cool video.. il make this later on :) thanks bro

  • love it!

  • I'll bet they are GOOD! I'm gonna try this one!

  • @leanbodylifestyle I Love all ur videos! are awesome! for many reasons are just an awesome inspiration! Thank you so much from Spain :)

  • Also i know about the GI difference in whole grains vs fruit. But what makes the fattyness appear when you eat whole grains vs fruits. I noticed that when i consume bread throughout the day vs fruit i tend to gain more fat easier. I take a day to day calibration to check. Some insight would be super helpful if you can. thanks so much for your vids. i watch them all. Cant wait to make more and more everyday =)

  • @Omagathin

first of all, how you are able to feel a change in body fat % in one day is superhuman 'calibration' made me lol im not gonna lie.. the difference is the GI. Fruits have low calories and low GI meaning those 50 odd calories are released slower than 90 calories of white bread or even whole wheat bread. fats in your diet will not make you gain weight and not instantly stored. dietary fat is important for weight loss. losing weight is a simple calories in vs calories out..

  • Hey man. I love your channel so much. I really need your help on something. I have been following you for a while now and i have been trying to maintain my diet and nutrition as best as i can with the ingredients and availibility that i have. But i want to know how and what is the difference between bread/oats/grain carbs vs fruit ect, how carbs or fats make you fat and what doesnt make you fat. I know quite a bit on nutrition, but not all. this one stumps me. never know how much to make or eat.

  • meeehhh no more grain-based carbs!! people have too many of them in a day anyway. good recipes but for a lean body lifestyle people need to minimize the grains and up the protein. YOU KNOW THIS.. COME ON BRO!! go back to your old stuff and stop listening to the haters and complainers. it's what got you to this point in the first place.

  • Make some WHOLE meal examples

  • Another awesome receipt thanks!!

  • I can't wait to try these with some hummus!

  • would this go good with hummus?

  • Is olive oil a must???

  • Weird brush

  • I just eat pop chips.

  • Can you make a breakfast one:

    French toast sticks ?

  • Great now I could make some healthy nachos :)

  • Hmm nice I'll have to make these sometime, Did you have a cold in this video?. kind of sounded like you did, I usually just buy pretzles as the ones I get have no fat and it's just the cals and sodium you have to worry about with those over normal chips. But alas I'm sure like a lot of your other videos I'll make these from time to time to substitute, have a good one michael and get healthy! "if you are sick :("

  • Really appreciate all these healthy food receipes, yt is filled with an abduance of workout videos but there's hardly any videos on how to make healthy food. Its what I personally struggle with and its helped me make better food decisions, thanks!

  • I think subbox is working now..

You guys should be able to change it in your settings.. for all you guys it's probably set to update"once a week".. it should be" once a day"

  • Can't wait to try these out. Thanks!

  • As much as I love your videos, it's annoying how all the recipes recently are loaded with carbs. There used to be so many low carb vids, what happened? Cheers for the hard work you do either way!

  • @sabre69 - People complained about not having any meals and snacks, so that's what I'm focusing on. If I make a video with protein powder, people complain because they don't have any. If I make a video that doesn't have any carbs or fat, people also complain that the "macros" aren't right. If I make a video with carbs, people also complain. There are nearly 16,100 people subscribed to my channel so it's hard to make everyone happy.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Just keep doing your thing dude. Never mind the complainers.

  • @sabre69 I think there's a big misconception out there about carbs. They're not bad for you. Carbs and fats are the main energy sources for the body. You need one or the other!

  • @CampbellFitness I do, I follow a high fat high protein zero grain paleo diet, thats why i'm after low carb :)

  • @sabre69 I agree. If you're going to be using so many carbs, you're just as well making a sandwich or toast.

But in fairness, the channel doesn't promise low carb or snacks for cutting diets, just healthy recipies.

  • @sabre69 its winter time, time to bulk and carb up

  • @sabre69 its winter time, time to bulk and carb up

  • @sabre69 Carbs are also good for you.

  • baked olive oil, sooo unhealthy!

  • I have a question for you Micheal. If you are trying to gain muscle weight and not cut any fat, shouldn't you just be more worried about protein and not go under your calories for the day.

  • @fallensk8rbn19 while im not michael, i can tell you that your body can only incorporate so much protein per day. just eat at a surplus with sufficient protein and fat intake and you will gain muscle weight as long as you train. thing is, you shouldnt eat at too big of a surplus or else you'll gain more fat than you would like. of course, im no expert and you should wait for Michael to give you a real answer

  • i make these all the time and they are delicious!! I make them with oregano and dip them in hummus, and it taste amazing, andis really filling

  • Nice job man, barthel fitness did a similar video with flatout bread u should check it out

  • :D

  • yeah idk what's going on but youtube is freaking out
