  • started having panic attacks (i call em pattacks) when i was 12- had them almost everyday until last year.. hate them so much, its like theyre mocking you! theyll be gone for months and then appear out of the blue again.. i havent had them for almost a year but i still havent stopped worrying.. always expecting to have a panic attack at any moment:/

  • @ThePeppermintpixie i here u i have panic attacks still its stop my life of being a teen and i want to solv it and idk how i got scared on a ride once when i was little and i have panic over the wind cos of beign out of controll of situations dus anyone have any tips to help me

  • when i have my panic attack it feels like my heart is shutin down, so scary feels like im gone

  • @DARKR3APZ thats what mine feels like. my body feels weird almost like i cant feel anything, and i get all disoriented and i feel like everythings moving so slow and my body is shutting down. it feels like im dying. so scary:(:(:(

  • ive been having panic attacks for a few days now when it starts i just feel scared and and then it feels like when i breathe its like my lungs arent woking like im not getting any oxygen and my throat feels like it closes because it gets hard to swallow an i feel like im going to die it happens out of nowhere for no reason

  • @owndgoldaz12 when i had a panic attack i felt really hot and weak and started shivering. i tried to get to sleep but then it felt like i was going to faint its pretty scary but ur won't die

  • ive been suffering from this for the last few days. i felt high in temperature and kept shivering in my body

  • @andymufc97 same here i have lots of pressure in my life at the moment and sometimes i get out of breath im not cold but my body is shivering iv had my blood taken and now i know its all in my head at one point i thought i was going to have a heart attack but what you need to think in your mined is its all in your head and breath in through your noise out through your mouth 10times after you have the panic attack(hope this helps)

  • Why have the writing while the guys talking? makes it distracting.

  • Take deep slow breaths and not fast rapid breaths! If you already feel the tingling and numbness in ANY part of your body that means you are hyperventilating! Take a paper bag and breathe in and out of it slowly....do it about six to eight times and just relax and breathe slowly but deep! Eventually your heart will slow down and you will be just fine! The worst that will happen if you panic even more is that you will faint and your system reboots again...its scary but dont worry, you wont die!

  • Oh hai! Have you considered anxiety zero technique (I think its at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy pretty much cured anxiety and panic attacks with it.
