Ha ha ha ha! Dont' tell him man. That's what give us pros the edge! LOL. All the basement and home recordings done in these smokey environments help us pros stand out even more from the others. Not to mention you have to clean up in your studio even more from the ash dust left behind that settles into the crevices of ALL of the equipment. I've seen so many studios with smoking allowed and all of them have the worst looking equipment I've seen. ....not judgin though...to each his own LMFAO
