Licensing issues with Tatsunoko of course; due to the addition of the new characters for the US version, a deal couldn't be made with Tatsunoko to animate the new characters, so UDON Comics got the job instead.

For what its worth, the UDON endings were pretty good also.

The Doronbo gang is trying to rob a bank. Usually, they'd be stopped by Yatterman-1 and Yatterman-2, but this time the Capcom characters appear and introduce themselves as Yatterman-3 (Chun-Li), Yatterman-4 (Ryu) and so on, meaning now Doronbo has NINE Yattermen to worry about! XD
