  • @iRawrDinsawr Just get back to running once you've had the nail taken care of.For the meantime try other exercises which don't require as much running.

  • Yess! I'm a mesomorph. I don't quite lose fat as easily as an ectomorph, but I'm probably a lot better off than endomorphs.

  • @darkerca Me too man. Cardio is the best fat shredder if your having trouble still. Believe me. Go hiking, run 3 times a day atleast a mile each time and eating right has alot to do with it. The gym wont help you lose the fat and or help you get the results you want.

    Cardio!

    Good options for the Endomorph include full contact sports eg; MMA, Rugby or American football, Ice hockey, etc. If you are overweight or obese, focus on exercises first that are easy on the joints (that applies to all body types) such as; uphill walking (or stair climbing), light jogging (or aqua jogging) swimming, cycling, Pilates and stretching (such as yoga). Plus there's weight lifting, super-sets work well for Endomorphs.

  • I'm Meso it took me about a month to increase my biceps by 5 inches, it takes time to burn fat also which is what I am trying to do, another thing is if you have broad shoulders, broader than your waist you are probably Meso, if waist and shoulders same or about same probably Ecto, if shoulders are broad and waist is also Endo, well that's how my gym trainer told me!

    glad you understand that life isnt fair. body type isnt everything. you sound young. so here's the plan. study your ass off & make a shitload of money and get plastic surgery if you arent happy with how you look. better yet would be to learn to value what is most important - heart, character, kindness etc. but look at it this way - be thankful you live at a time where you can change your body with surgery! now get out there & get an advanced degree & make a fuckload of money!!!

  • @Coppulor I actually am very strong in academics. If I went through plastic surgery, lol, my dad would flip a shit. He calls those people "fake." Anyways, I don't need gastric bypass or anything. I tend to overexaggeate my endomorph-like look. Really I'm just curvy and muscular (from competitive swimming and weights) with some unwanted extra fat hanging around. It's just that no one else around me looks like that. :/

  • I'm 27 yrs old, 5'8 and weight around 180 pounds. I go to the gym almost everyday and eat right. I'm not fat but naturally very stocky so find it tough getting definition and looking more slim.

  • Rubbish,I used to be classed as a hard-gainer,until I started sitting on my arse and drinking beer and eating crisps.

    Skinny people just don't care that much about eating,if you eat regularly and lift heavy you will get bigger,it's just you have to force yourself to eat every 2.3 hours.

    Its hell. But... its not stopping me from losing weight, its just allot harder.

    More exercise, less food. Its depressing. T_T

    But this year from February, I lost 50 pounds. I only have 20 left to go. =)

  • @H0tkebab Congrats. I'm an endo aswell, and I have this workout plan for losing bodyfat + keeping your muscles in shape.

    Monday and Thursday: Cardio 45 minutes low intensity at 70-75% max heart rate.

    Tuesday: Chest and Quads

    Wednesday: Back and Hamstrings

    Friday: Shoulders and Arms

    Saturday: Cardio 45 minutes low intensity at 70-75% max heart rate.

  • As someone who's been waging war over my Endomorphic body for a year...I have had an extremely hard time losing belly fat. I'm certified as a personal trainer, and with all of the knowledge I've gained...it's still a crazy war. Anyone having the same issue as me will know that no matter how many sit-ups we do, no matter how much cardio we do, that shit still doesn't budge. I feel my abs under the layer of fat, and they're crazy, but idk if I'll make it to the point where I can see them.

  • @Cuddlez1234 you're probably an ecto-endo mix. probably the most unlucky type you can have, small bone structure, and hold alot of fat, can'tgain muscle.

  • @bigbobabc123 Nah man I know I'm an endomorph. I have large bone structure, dense muscles, and I have no issue gaining or defining the muscles. The issue is not being able to remove the fat covering it. I'm getting ridiculous with my cardio, and it's barely moving still. Also, my diet can only get better if I literally went militant on it and ate nothing but veggies. That'd be terrible, though.

  • Belly fat is a nightmare especially if you gained the fat from processed food. The chemicals in processed food stays in the body so the body keeps as much fat as possible so it can store excess water to deal with the toxicity.

    Any fat loss regiment should start with a thorough detox.

  • It's pretty unfair for endomorphs. I am skinny but with a endomorphic body. I'm 60 kilo at 1m70 with a healthy layer fat on my stomach. But my butt comes out a bit that gives me peershape body. Lot of people say i have a skinny ass, but i'm not happy with it. So i think i'm going to built up shoulder muscles and abs and lose the fat like said. Plus people with endomorphic bodies have to drink lots of water. That's been a lifestyle for me for couple years. Every day i need that 1.5-2L water!

    I go to the gym in the morning for my cardio.. then later for strength training.... i still look like crap, other than my arms...

    its a genetic curse... everyone who isn't endo be really greatful:)

  • mate I got same problem, but its improving - I basically stopped eating sugar, started swimming, intense stationairy bike excercise, jogging/sprinting and trying to eat smaller meals, but eating every 3 hours.

    Dude once you kane that fat of your body your lower back will improve.
