His cronies are taking advantage of Iraqs oil wealth now. The real reason we invaded Iraq is because Saddam started selling his oil in the Euro. This would have sunk the dollar in the global economy. I totally agree with the last part of your comment, and I'm even facing it. Fact is, in 2000, he received less votes from the US voting population than his opponent did. So, do you agree with me that GWB "became" President against a democratic will or not?

The system works on the basis of a representative votes and because of this, Bush won with less votes than Gore. Happened also with Clinton/Bush1 in 1992. I never got the facts straight on the Florida "actual count." But Bush was elected in 2004, after it was clear that he had initiated a disaster for USA+Iraq. Congress and house got republican majorities in 2002. (Its all like product sales anyway.)
