  • this video is brilliant, i've always done situps in order to try and tone up my stomach and this has taught me a routine i can use which is about ten times more effective for me! i love your video's they are a fun alternative to the gym on the days i don't go, they are really going to help me get fit for my summer holiday!

We are going to swim, and the boys are already talking about how much they look forward to see us girls in sexy bikinies. All the other girls in my class are realy fit and I'm not. It is tough at this age trying to keep up with other girls, but I assure you if you make fitness a part of your life now, they will be keeping up with you when you are older!

If you eat healthier carbs like whole wheat bread, organic and whole wheat pasta and organic potato...all with small servings and once a day...with your exercises...can you still achieve a slimmer waist and flat abs?

  • @Bisilicious1 By eating a cleaner diet of healthy carbs, lean proteins, and healthy fats (all in moderate portions), plenty of water, and exercise, you can get a slimmer figure. All it takes is time and effort on your part! Good luck. :)

    I recently have had a tailbone issue. not really sure what i did but it is sort of painful to do these types of excercises. do you have any advice for workouts that use the same mussles and are just as aswesome as your videos?

  • @leckpab It depends on how saggy, you can try creams with collagen but it is hard to advise on that unliess I have seen you.

  • at the end of every video it says to do it 3 times. do i have to do every routine 3 times if I am doing the online workout schedule?? and i don't need to loose weight I am 107 lbs 5ft 2inches, is the workout routine right for me?? I have been looking at work out for years and yours are the best!!!

(and I'll hate it tomorrow morning ;) I just discovered you 3 days ago but I'm already addicted :) Yesterday and the day before I did the booty shaking and I enjoyed it so much and today I discovered your schedule on fb so now I've just finished the Monday-workout (although it's Tuesday :D haha I thought let's start at the beginning) I love all the excercises! Some are hard but still so enjoyable! But his one I have to do with my legs bent for now. Thank u!

  • Hi Tiffany. I love these workouts. I weigh 159 and am 5'5" when i started a week ago, and I am trying to do it atleast once or twice a day,, and just a week later I am really seeing results. THANK YOU!! My husband is so happy too. I can't wait to get another couple weeks in.. I am really trying to stay away from bad food.. :)

  • @TiffanyRotheWorkouts hello mam...is boiled potato as bad as fried one?....i am a volley ball player, a runner, and perform your workouts almost every alternate day. please prescribe a diet for me. i do not eat junk, except for chocolates that too rarely. in fact i don't prefer sweet at all, not even in my drinks. can diet actually help in my strength for games and runs or does it all depend on how much i practice and use my muscles??

  • @JoannaBlackJack stay away from sweets and starchy carbs like bread, pasta and potatoes.

  • This, the beautiful booty one, and the chiseled chair challenge are my least favorites and extra hard, but I know that there all worth it. Before I found you, I weighed 177 pounds and after around a week and a half I lost five pounds! Hoping to get at least in the 120's when school's out! I follow your schedule everyday now! Thank you!

  • I find this workout to be the hardest of them all. I love your workouts! mainly because there almost effortless but by the next day you really feel them in your body, but this one i find very difficult to complete i probably have a very weak core, i don't know but geese this one is just too hard for me.

  • @LondonJahzara2011 This is a tough one, but it is good to master it becaue a strong core will help you in all of your workouts :)

    I was jus wondering how long do i have to do the abs workout before i can see changes. My tummy isnt that massive, iv jumped up from a size 8 to a size 12 whilst i was preggerz with my Son so iv got a mummies belly lol, So how long do u thing i have go before changes start to surface???

  • @amajanae2 you will get results, but instead of thinking about how long.......focus on how strong. With each workout you get stronger and your strength is something you will always have and that is the result you should strive for. You body will fall in to shape when you dedicate yourself to your workouts

  • I just worked out with your videos and they never get boring! I love them all! Tho I am a very big fan of: 10 min Booty Shaking Waist Workout. Love it!!!

    After already half of this work-out my abs were littarly killing me, but I did 3 reps of the work-out anyway. I was like: KEEP GOING, KEEP GOING!! I think they hurted so much after already the first rep because I'm sore on my waist, after The booty Shaking Waist-work-out.

    I did this exercise 3 times everyday, did the bikini abs once, the get your sexy back once and the lose inches off you waist.. one once. Then I did 10-15 mins on a pedometer, (the stepy thing) and eat healthy. It's hard, but completely worth it. Do that everyday, and mix it up and after a month or so... wow!!!!!

  • @MzEndowedDoyenne I recommend that you do all of the workouts. Fitness is for the whole body, mind and soul not just specific body parts.Having that approach is how u get results that last a lifetime. If you look me up on fb you will find a schedule to follow :)

  • I'm really addicted to eating late at night and eating candy. Im 15 around 130 pounds, i'm not fat but im not thin either. How many times should i do some of these workouts a week? and how many times a day? any suggestions on the foods to help get out of my eating habit?

  • @cheerious33 Yes I recommend that you follow my scheduele on facebook and basically STOP eating late and night. First substitute candy for fruit. You have to go kind of cold turkey, candy is like a drug and is really bad for you. It is best that you conquer this bad habit while you are young.

  • @JessicaW1421 Eat lots of raw fruits and veggies every day. Drink a ton of water. Do not eat late at night and reduce your portion size.
