This looks so fun. I joined SPARKPEOPLE to track my food as it is a free site, and heard about ZUMBA. There are exercise videos here on Youtube from SPARKPEOPLE.
i was looking through the zumba videos on here and ran into this one..... i then proceeded to look intently at this instructor and then finally realize that THIS IS MY ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR!!! :)!! she is such an awesome instructor and a truly amazing dancer!!!
I'm a recent certified zumba instructor, and I just want to say that the girl is this video is AWSOME!!! Love her moves and the choreography, Hope to meet her one day.
It isn't bad at all, in fact, it's great! I just took my first Zumba class earlier today and ♥loved♥ it! I can't wait to go back. plus it really gets you to work and gets you into shape!
