I'm going to translate this because I don't know if everyone can understand! elguapo said that the song is called 代替 (dai ti) and has both Taiwanese (aka Fujianese/Min nan/Hokkienese) and Mandarin lyrics. They also said the singer is 林棋玉 (pronounced Lin Qiyu in Mandarin) but I think they meant 林倛玉 (the 2nd character is different), aka Jim Lim. I'd like to add that the title means "replacement" or "substitute", and the lyrics of the song are (as anyone would guess) pretty emo.
