I think she did a good job. Try to remember languages frequently don't translate word for word; what takes a single word in one language may take a sentence in another and vice versa. Also realize 2NE!'s version employs a bit of echo and in places reverb on the vocal track. Echo and reverb won't tune a voice. Small amounts of echo are used to expand the size of the stereo envelope, from closet to room to stadium or anything in between. A touch of reverb here and there creates a haunted effect.
