From the thugs perspective, video and audio recording and watching them is disorderly conduct because from their vantage point and means of providing services at the barrel of a gun, it expose them for the frauds they perpetrate. They can't have people shinning the spot light on them while they initiate force, threat of force and fraud.
It certainly doesn't make their actions right or justifiable. It just is what it is -- disorder to their violent protection racket.
And btw, you guys are all heroes; and the people that arrested you on this obviously trumped up charge, are simply scumbags. They're just trying to intimidate and silence liberty activists. I don't believe that's going to work; and all they're doing is angering people across the country by their blatantly unlawful, unjust, and egregious actions. I have more than a feeling that It's going to backfire on them, in a very major way.
"Disorderly conduct" is the ultimate bullshit charge. It's such a blanket charge & can be applied to virtually anything - as we've all just witnessed here. If "they" don't like what you're doing, no matter how peaceful or rightful it is, then they arrest you with "Disorderly Conduct".
Notice they didn't charge anyone with "trespassing" or "loitering" or anything like that - because THEY KNOW that since you're rightfully standing in a public place as concerned citizens, it'd be FALSE ARREST.
Keep up the good work guys. This is a shocking display of what happens when you give thugs a badge and a gun. No very many people have the guts to do what you guys are doing.
