  • Vote yes! I'm rooting for you, Kalamazoo.

  • Well done!

  • GO ONE KALAMAZOO...

Props to Jon and everyone else helping end discrimination.

  • No-pressure campaigns don't work. Look at Prop 8. The no on prop 8 campaign didn't use the word gay or gay people and still lost. You need to show the faces of gay people and use the word gay and to make sure they know this effects everyone including gay people. Otherwise they won't think it's that bad taking away gay people's rights like they did in California.

    Vote YES on 1856.

  • It's a good ad. But it should show who is actually going to be protected. Is anyone in the ad gay or transgender? I couldn't tell.

  • What the hell?!?! How do you look at someone to decide if they are gay or straight?

  • Its called GAYDAR.

  • That's the point gay and transgender people look like everyone else. Instead of stereotyping GLBT people promote the idea that your neighbor, coworker, friend, family member who is glbt looks and acts just like anyone else you know.

  • excellent!!

  • This is wonderful. Now, if we could only make it statewide...

  • One Kalamazoo is inspiring! Awesome advocacy.

  • awesome - in all the misdirection by those opposed, this comes out plain, simple, clear. it is inspiring for those of use in other communities struggling for equality as well. kudos, ONE KALAMAZOO.

  • This is an excellent ad. I wish you all success in your endeavor and will be watching for the results in a few weeks. I am in Washington, DC and we are aware of your efforts. Joyce Lussier
