20 is the amount of money he has in the game & 8 is what you times it by because it is a Flash game.

If you are hacking flash games with cheat engine you need to times the actual figure you are looking for by 8.

Eg, if you are looking for 10, you actually times that by 8. So you search for 80 in cheat engine.
