On Kauai? Ha! Kauai is one of the most laid back islands around. Now Oahu and Wikiki Beach are wild and very touristy. Kauai still has that classic Aloha feel, that is very rare.
Kauai is probably(next to Molokai) about as laid back as you are going to get. It is VERY slow paced, and the people have been some of the friendliest I have ever met. It is also been called, "the most beautiful of all of the island"

When we went their we were listening to IZ the whole time, we had a bunch of his CD's in our convertible the whole time :) We went in February (We love the weather at that time of year :) )

I've been there 4 times.
And i live in North Carolina.
It takes about 22 hours to get there.
And im only 12.
