Yeah, it's not auto tune...but it is edited and there is definitely reverb. This is not an actual live recording. It's an audio clip lined up with a video clip in a movie maker. The dog in the background and the echo just emphasize that.

I don't know why so many people are baffled by what's going on here. You do realize that 99.999% of music videos ever made have a completely separate audio track from whatever the musicians on the screen are pretending to do, right? Like it better "raw", or not, it doesn't somehow "not count" as "really her" just because she put more care into the audio than one take with a dog playing fetch in the background. Recording audio separately, even mixing it, and "autotune" are very different things.
