Me and my wife and son just got back from Portland Oregon to las Vegas and back let me tell you spend the extra money and take delta or southwest spirit seat was so close to us it was crazy no room to move really to tight if you want a cheap flight then take it but remember you get what you pay for I'll fly delta or southwest for now on you guys been warned about spirit they don't give you anything on the plane you have to buy water and everything else

Most pleasanf flight I have ever had. , I spent $3 for a coke, big deal!! Spent $28 to check luggage like the other airlines. I recommend .
You get what you pay for...if you want a cheap ass flight, you go with Spirit.....if you want room, and luxury...feel free to pay 400+ for your flight :) The big front seats are nice..I flew in one on my way to Tampa last week.

@allisenergy1 sounds like it's customs fault for not hiring more custom agents, not spirit...remember your flight that you missed had connecting passengers to so why wait for you when people are going to miss there connections when they can just re book you for a later flight
Spirit airlines is a good airline if you are flexible in your travels and want to save money. They offer super low fares consistently to most of their destinations. Yes, they charge you for basically everything else but you could get around that. Do not pick a seat, try taking a duffle back that fits under your seat instead of a carry on, and check in online. I have travelled spirit many times and avoided paying these fees and had no problems at all.
You guys can try to justify their "cheap" tickets all you want. But with all the extra shit they continuously add on, you're way better off going to a REAL and reputable airline. By the time I was finished with Spirit, I could have gotten a first class ticket with AA or Delta for the same price. Screw you Spirit. Never again.

That flight had 4 hours delay and they lost my luggage so I didn't have my stuff 3 out 4 days of my vacation. Spirit FuckLine really sucks big time.

Never ever fly with fauking spirit airline. Flying from LA to Dallas, we were supposed to land in Las Vegas for few minutes and continue to Dallas with the same plane. We ended up waiting 5 hours in Las Vegas airport, they told us the plane had a problem, but when they were talking together I heard the reason that they delayed our flight was to combine it with another flight since they didn't have enough passengers to fill the airplane. @windchannel1 Thats right! Economy class in general is unsafe! There have been reports of people who have suffered deep vein thrombosis (DVT) as a result of these tight seats and now in order to have ANY legroom you have to pay extra!!!
