  • bhabhi aslamwalaikum, there is a pakistani drink, with milk and dates(kajure), and leave it until condense, what the name and my husband like it as he used to work in pakistani restaurant, do you have any idea. you are a great cook, always follow all your recipe, today im going to make the fried fish one, yesterday i made, chicken shorba, both was nice.thank you plzz keep uploading new recipes.thank you bhabhijee

  • made ur gulab jamun- v easy recipe comapred to the ones i hav tried previously- mom liked it so will b using it again. Next will walnut halwa- a big shukria from this baji to you baji.

  • @Bajiascooking yup they do, here in ireland where i live there arent any good quality methai shops and the ones that we get taste like flour , so i make them at home coz ammy aboo like gulab jamun with milk powdr taste. i lov sweet dishes so im always trying new ones =)

  • when i saw this recipe i was not so convinced coz never had walnut n egg in halwa but 4 a second thot i gave it a try n wen i trandferred in my plate i was so desperate to taste it n d taste was ok i din kind of like it too much but gud but wen it completely cooled then i had d entire plate believe me this is best walnut halwa i ever had thanx.

    so d moral of d recipe is never hv it hot or warm patience is d sweetest fruit to enjoy......... lozzz...:)

  • @Abdullah201048, aati to mujhey bhi naheen, mera meetha hamesha he kharab hota tha berson aur mere miyan sahib kehte they, is se to lifafe banane ki factory khool lo :) wo glue se he ban jati thi her meethi cheez ki to kehte they lifafe hi banane ki kaam aaye meetha :)

  • great, bara he aasaan hai aur aqeye bare maze ka banta hai. mein khati rehti hoon to der ke mare banati naheen :) it van stay for weeks fresh in fridge.

  • Directions:

    Put ghee in saucepan. Not too hot or ghee will burn.Add ilaichi.

    Grease a plate with ghee.

    Add in powdered milk.When milk turns brown and danedar, add 4 eggs.Achi tara bhoon le.Add whole tin condensed milk.

    When it becomes totally dry, add walnuts and mix.T ake it out and Jumm it on to the tray.When cooled, break into tukriyan.

  • Good editing of the video. It would be good if the recipe was included in the info, because due to the speed, i had to rewind several times to get the whole recipe. This is what I got for ingredients:

    4 eggs

    a lil more than 1/2 c ghee

    1.5 to 2 cups walnuts

    1 can sweetened milk

    2 c powdered full cream milk brand: nestle sunshine

    1-2 ilaichi
