thanx for this song..........................n hari om sharan is a good singer

  • Why would anyone try to hurt our religious sentiments by disliking this?

  • Jai Mata Di

  • Thanks 314159265352 for uploading classics of Hari Om Sharan . I was Dying to hear these great bhajans for past 5 years.

  • the path of dharma is not difficult, we are making it difficult. the dharma is very esay . hiduisme is the most esaiest religion.

  • ya devi sarvbhuteshu daya roopen sansthite......namastasyae namastassyae namastasyae namo namah.......!!!

  • anybody happens to know these lyrics...especialy the fist part:' ya devi sarva bhuteshu ..........etc...?

  • Thank you ravv67 .Your translation helped me a lot .May the Mother ever bless you .

  • I know some great classical music schools are in US now and even Indians go there to learn off westerners. Our dharm and culture is alive but maybe shifting away from India. Sad if its true.

  • I dont know whats happening in India but let me tell you my friend the Global community is seeing sense in Hinduism and embracing it slowly but surely. Worry is not of loosing it but of not being able to learn our dharm in India in future. A lot of Hindu pandits rely on American astronomical and astrological works. These westerners have learnt from our books and have presented it so well that the center of deeper knowledge of our dharm is shifting away from India.

  • bethells86, I agree with you. More and More westerners are now learning Hindu Principles and following them. This is a good sign, but we must work to keep the roots where they are... in India.

  • Yes , you are right. specially ISCKON has done a lot to propagate the ideals of the GITA which is one of our Important Scriptures. also, the number of people / believers is increasing and those observing Ekadasi too. THis is definately a good sign. But Indians living in India are so confused...life is troubled there and the fact that we are an inherently tolerant and accepting lot...we tend to get swayed by all sorts of things! In Kalijug they were bound to move away from religion....hare Krishn

  • @bethells86 please don't worry india (bharat) will never lose hinduism hamra desh es sabse bahara desh hai

  • @bethells8 Hindu concepts do not belong to a particular time or place or even people, they belong to them to those who understand them and the originator Rishi. My concern is misrepresentation sometimes, I see a lot of westeners come and learn a little & elucidate profund truths without really understanding them. Also credit to the originator is missed out, e;g matrix and inception were based on yoga Vashishta's works but the movie credits missed that !Gratiude is an integral part of our wisdom.

  • @mishsood - I agree with u .. westerners r capable of selling things, but they misrepresent it totally sometimes

  • @bethells86 - thts not the question where it stays in india or worldwide. Moreover westerners r presenting it in a way to sell. Have u not seen - Hot Yoga, Dance Yoga, Cold Yoga, Fun Yoga and what not ? Now this is just irresponsible from westerners. They take yoga as a fashion. They r not aware of the depth of science. It is just hurtful to see tht pple from America r so irresponsible. Writing books abt things they dont know , just after reading 2 chapters they become experts.. irresponsible

  • @jahankavaasi ya but have you seen those chicks doing hot yoga? they're HOT!!!

  • unite hindus around the globe. Dharma is in danger from islam and christianity.

  • dharma is in danger in thinking that we are any different from others. unite in love, in peace with humanity. its a more difficult path to take but then its our dharma!

  • that's the spirit!

    Jai hind!

  • Thanks so much for placing this bhajan.

I love it! Especially it's meaning!

    Happy Navratri!

  • Show me mercy, oh Mother Goddess to the world, I am just a naïve child, I don't know how to pray, chant or perform penance, I am a vault of faults, Grant me such a benediction oh mother, I just live life singing your name eternally, I am a child, you are my mother, Your care remains with me eternally, With your grace, you will erase, Any fault from within me, Grant me presence in your refuge, I will come time and time to witness your compassion
  • @ravv67 thank you....i have been looking for this type of translation for so long. God Bless You!

  • Shower down such love upon me mother, May I seek refuge at your feet,

    Dispel all the darkness mother,

May I have the opportunity to see your glory,

Coming to this world, I haven't Oh mother,

Disattach myself from this material world,

Why have I come here? Where am I to go?

I was also not able to answer these questions,

You are the first and foremost omnipresent,

Tell me how to realise this so.

  • To the goddess eternally in the form of the mother,

I bow to you, I bow to you, I bow to you,

Oh Goddess Durga, remove all hardships and make all acts auspicious,

Light the flames of devotion in the heart's temple with your mercy today.
