@1991amor Think of ECW as a punk rock group they prefer to stay underground they do it because they love it not for the money and they can do/say whatever they want without being suspended. WWF/E as a mainstream rock/pop band were they care more about merchandising, money, and being flashy etc. I love both promotions by the way.

That's because when he was at ECW, he was known as "Taz" with one Z, then when he came to the WWE, he added another Z and become know as "Tazz" to avoid a lawsuit with the Warner Brothers for their cartoon character "Tazz".

Really? I think you made that up. He did it so as if he chose to leave the WWF (as it was then called) he wouldnt lose the rights to the name. The WWF would own the name, Tazz but he would own the name Taz.
