It's only for people in the United Kingdom and in Austraila. So if you have an Apple Store account which hasn't region settings set to the UK or Austraila, then you won't find the App.

great product but if u ppl r so bright lets see an app that gives total voice control no touchy touchy screen for ppl like me no movement from neck down I got 20 waiting customers and many more in the sidelines
