I think the lead singer sounds giddy. This is a serious song and that is why this band screwed up making it.

I really did not enjoy this, you pretty much ruined the song, If you didn't originally write it maybe you shouldn't sing it.. YOU COMPLETELY FUCKED IT UP!! The only one that deserves to sing it is Steve Earle.
