listen ok this is no cheat, why, it because the script is set to be "CATCH UP" mean never go far then like 5 meter so even you rider a car then still follow you 5 meter or what ever the script say that why you see then catch up with him since start

You should try going into the girls dorm, and standing on top of the shelves and just shoot the teacher till she's knocked out, their comes out a couple of like nurses trying to attack you. you just knock them out, then you can roam the dorm freely.

@vengence7times o yeah, I saw that before in one video on youtube, but I forgot it about is :S its a good trick, too, but you can also climb on a tree on football pitch and shoot teachers and pupils with slingshot and they won't get you. There is also a tree next to the clothes shop that you climb on in mission Cook's Crush (or Cook's Date idk). You can shoot anyone from there.

@bmanrules123 you have to purchase it first in the gift shop in the theme park. Then it will accessible in your garage. Get it from there and park it next to the mission marker. Start the mission and get the moped NOT the bike. In this mission you can use any bike you want to, even those purchased in bike shop.
