Great video! I used to add fresh spinach to my shakes, but I've read that cooked spinach is a lot better (I buy frozen cooked spinach). Something about our bodies being able to use the nutrients in spinach in its cooked form rather than raw, which seems counter intuitive, but it made sense when I read it! :) I'd look into it.

@BenjiManTV you should try honey crisp apples if you haven't tried them yet! they're a little bit more pricey than any other ordinary apple, but they're definitely worth it! The apples are so juicy and crisp, trust me you will LOVE them if you like gala apples, you can probably find them at any supermarket(:
