Anger is a natural and healthy response, but if left unresolved it turns to hatred. Having your anger suppressed or directing it incorrectly or dishonestly will prevent resolution from taking place.
Perceived injustices that one is powerless to stop cause hatred. Bullies, sadistic criminals, unfair bosses, corrupt police or politicans can all become targets of hate. When the hated is too powerful, the hate for them can be directed onto the weak. Even political correctness can help hate grow.

This video is disturbing. Did you mean to imply that "Blacks against Whites" and the other combinations you list are "Backward Prejudice"? Seems like you've been brainwashed.
By backward prejudice I assume you mean a concept similar to reverse racism, which doesn't mean black against white, but a race discriminating against its own members.
In the US blacks commit hate crimes against whites at a rate about 3 times that which whites do against blacks, so what does "backward" mean?
