台上做着的那些人根本不是来解决灾民问题的。灾民提出的屋子漏雨，粮水中断，这些实际问题，副县长不应该负责么？送粮送水也要中央直接送给灾民？县长也是掌握资源的，也是要做事的。
听灾民心声是做样子，带着灾民呛中央才是目的。灾民不在谁给他们水和粮，只在乎问题能解决。而一些人不在乎灾民的问题能不能解决，只在乎趁机捞政治资本。
别再斗了。

不知道katrina時候，美國是怎麽處理水電，銀行貸款這一類問題的。房屋毀壞應該有保險賠付，臺灣頁面沒有强制房屋保險嗎？？
相信美國政府也無法在沒有法源的情况下强迫私人機構减免貸款利息和應該繳交的費用的。
