I have the OST discs and ended the game twice, I still have no idea when is this music played in the game, any idea ? and this is the best music in the game in my opinion !

@ActionHorror not sure but i think it is played in a section of the CTI offices, possibly the rooftops in which u can get to via elevator.

@ActionHorror It plays during the target practice in the CTI building, fighting the targets and slacker.

Do you have info towards the song of Doctor Maeda's compound, I like that chill song.
