Just trace them. Make small. Then make bigger!

for the back pannel, how do you make it, rounded or concave as you said in the other vid., the cardboard is flat. So im a tad confused.

Did you cut it, to bend the cardboard bit?

I've almost finished refurbishing my helmet for this year. But, a problem I had last year was even though the angles were all right and every thing my panels didnt always match up correctly.

Did you have the same issues or not?

I just adapted! If it needs a shift left or right Do it. As I said, its not exactly right but point in the right direction!!!

Did you put blood/rust on it?

I can't tell from the videos since it looks like one giant sinister black mass.

If you did, how exactly did you go about doing it without making it look like you just spray painted it on?

The apron looked ace and not painted on at all.
