We still need a strong defensive midfielder and an actual proven goal scorer. Probably another centre back as well, if this Kjaeer deal doesn't happen (looks like it will though). We seem to have a lot of creativity and tricks, but we have no ball winner or enforcer in the middle like Masch or Toure or Obi Mikel.

He reminds me of a quicker Menez (while he was at Monaca, before Roma). Both look very crafty and can cut very quickly outside the box, but seem to lack a killer instinct and nose for goal. Thankfully lamela looks like he has a lot of room to grow, and hopefully he improves his playmaking or goal scoring, something Menez did not do. I'm optimistic, but wary. If Bojan and him fulfill their potential, Roma have a bright future.

I got to say im very proud to be a Roma fan, since i was a kid in the time before Batigol we never had the power to really compete on the Euro stage but i can say that in a few short years Roma will be a very powerful team. I like this approach by Uncle Tom and My favorite player now coach Lucho21.
