I got that with my mixer. I pluged it into my computer with the energy xt2 music program that came with it. Nothing came up. I went into control panel, I did every thing I could. I hooked it up to my laptop, it still didnt record anything and nothing came up when I plugged it into it. I then went over to my friends house and tried it in his studio on his laptop. The stupid thing doesn't work. I think its broken! Can you help me? If its broken, how can I get a new one for free?

i just got the XENYX 2222FX today with the U-Control Audio UCA200 included, and when i plugged the mixer in and turned it on, plugged the input and output chords to the mixer and the UCA 200, plugged th eUCA 200 into my laptop, it didnt show up on the software included... any ideas of what might be wrong?

Install the AISO drivers that are located on the Behringer website. That should fix your problem.

ok let me see if i get it. i have a laptop that the headphone jack is mess up, i usually conect this jack to my mixer,so if i get this product and connected to my laptop via usb i would have an external sound card which means that on the output of the BEHRINGER U-Control UCA200 i would connect to my mixer right, so what can i conect to the input?
