well, if you do 20sec avg you want 15 if you do 15 sec avg you would want 10, and i think harris want 7sec avg :d

the sunday contest is a contest where there are 12 (13 actually if you get a pop) scrambles and you post the individual times with the scramble including the average in the end and every sunday the contest puts all the entrys together and ranks them and first place for that week gets a free set of cubesmith stickers for winning, also there is also a random drawing so that anybody who participated can also win a free set of cubesmith stickers for any puzzle that week.

I think that "Hybrid Cube" means that he combined two cubes like centers of a cube4you DIY and cubies of a Rubik's DIY.
