I'm in the pit in this video somewhere hidden under the dim lights, fast cuts, and shitty 240p resolution. Anyone know if there is a better resolution version of this anywhere?
@TheCatcubed I was there too! By the pole stage right (just like the lyrics say...lol)...I think this is the best quality out there , this is the official video. Ahhh the memories of Peabody's! I miss the flats!
@girlienerd I was there too:) I had the chance to hang with Tod at Eucld Tavern with Firewater a few years later too...great guy and great band(s) and great memories:)
Fuck I miss the 90s. I know it ain't exactly fashionable to still be digging bands like this, but hell with it, you know? Beats the insipid shite you get on the radio and music channels these days.
"I don't know what I want but I know I don't wanna be anything like you". Too fuckin' right.
I was there for the shooting of this video it was at the old Peabody's Down Under concert club in the Cleveland Flats in Ohio. I was near the front somewhere! Great show, great band, great memories:)
bucksipper.....I hear celine dion has a nice video out on youtbue for your listening pleasure....I think it is more up your alley....enjoy :)~ (no need to thank me)
This guy's favorited Eddie Money videos, so I think it is safe to completely ignore his analysis here.
Uncle Buck, you keep drinking the record industry's kool-aid buddy. Nobody here wants you to deviate from orders. Now hop to it solider! Those "Footloose" soundtracks aren't going to buy themselves!
Yea, if by "stalking" you mean I clicked on your name. I am sure John Lennon would love to hear that the cause of his death has been equated to viewing public information. You've really cheapened the term "stalking". Way to go Buck!
And thanks for the nostalgia trip. I haven't heard an awkwardly formed tampon insult since I was in jr. high school.
Get some persceptive. If I would have showed up on your doorstep with a rebuttal, THAT would have been stalking. But in any case, don't flatter yourself.
No, I can't tell exactly who you are by your music selection, but it does give insight. Yea, I was being insultive, so was your "noise" comment. So drop the holier-than-thou routine, you're only fooling yourself with that one.
You know those guys that will paint your name on a grain of rice? There's a reason why their grains aren't on display at the Louvre. Technical talent isn't what art is made of.
You only hear noise because you are so used to the record industry formula of what music is, that you wont even *really* listen to anything that doesn't conform to that formula. You're a Bing Crosby man, in a rock 'n' roll world. And you would have gleefully bulldozed Little Richard's records back in the day.
It isn't about eras or genres of music. I listen to everything because there are good examples of top quality music in every genre, including the occasional Top 40 song.
When you come here and refer to a truly great band as "noise", you are implicitly subjecting your judgment to criticism. Did you really think you could come in here and take a cheap shot and never have anyone counter?
And I have little knowledge that isn't already publicly available in libraries or the internet. Even so, unless you are ready teach a music history or music appreciation course at your local college, I am hardly worried about any pissing contest you believe you can muster.
Where has this been? Awesome band, just the perfect thing when you're in hard times. Kick. Ass. Always look for these guys in obscure record shops when on the road.
The live footage is from Peabody's in Cleveland, Ohio. I got to schlub around in the mosh pit for this. Lot's of fun, can't spot myself, though. They did the song two or three times at the show. At an earlier show in Clevo, someone got smart with the Bass player and he whapped him in the face with the neck of his bass! I remember the guy had welt marks on the side of his face from the strings! Great live band from the early nineties. Robert Banks did the video.
This album was revealed to me on 2 microdots of acid. It was indeed a release

Ha, are you stalking me?
See how bitchy girls get when they forget to put their tampon in.

Yeah, that's what I mean about stalking. What'd you have in mind?
And, if you actually think you "know" me by the songs that I "favorite", what does that say about you?
Besides, I only originally questioned why some people would call this music. I never attacked you...first.

Yeah, maybe I'll come to you for some more noise when I need it.
You sure know noise when you hear it, huh?

Ha, thanks for telling me what kind of man I am.
How'd you get to be so smart?
Let's not get into a pissing match about different eras of music and the appreciation of them...then again, maybe you want to look stupid.

@nevikthenomad it's not like a band's music gets any worse over time, particularly when the music that was previously written is already good.
