@culicine I have a very large power increase! Orgiginal power to the wheel in a AT is about 80 - 85hp, my little Jazz has 137hp at the wheels and was tested at Dyno King in Bang Na.
@culicine oh and i forgot to mention why my car sounds like it does.... Its because in the middle of the exhaust under the car i have an EVO 6 mid silencer which is pretty much un-restricted in every way, giving full throttle response and a nice burble to the sound of the car :)
@culicine I got my sparkplugs, oil filter, oil, and air filter from HKS in Bang Na, The Weapon R Intake was ordered online, the pulley as well, The engine damper was from AutoCar in BangNa, ECU was from BangNa and the tuner that programmed it (also does team Singa) is from BangNa in a place called Dyno King. The muffler was from HKS in BangNa as well. The exhaust manifold (4-2-1 system) custom made in Pattaya the mid section also from Pattaya. The current air intake syste (custom) from pattaya.
@fileupdates cool thanks for that info. did you tune with greddy emanage blue or other? Have you got some video of incar cruising and acceleration? would like to see that:) Was there any problem with your online ordered stuff though customs? sometimes the "tax" can be quite high..
@culicine Yeah i have a couple of videos of the acceleration. Check my profile. The ECU is Greddy emanage Blue. No problems what so ever with ordering the parts online... and yeah the TAX is damn high, thing is though you cant get the parts i ordered online in Thailand so i was willing to spend a couple of baht the import tax.
@culicine i have no idea, all i know is that its much much quicker than the base model AT Fit / Jazz, leaves the standard models on the line :) i would have to say time from 0 - 100 is prob around 8 - 9.5 time i dont know exactly cos i never timed it
@fileupdates thats cool:) did you fit all the parts at the same time? can you say which parts had the most influence on performance? sorry for all the questions lol
@culicine I put the parts on 1 by 1. Exhuast and Air filter really made no difference, its just a placebo effect, until you do the header.. i noticed a huge difference when i put the 4-2-1 header on, seemed like the car wanted to rev much higher. The pulley actually makes a big difference too, that was suprising. The other part that made a massive difference was the hks ignition amplifier if you can get you hands on one of these you will notice a massive difference :-D
did you feel the greddy emanage make a big difference after you added the mods?
What do you know about the new jazz? I think I read that the exhaust manifold is fused to the head?? Is it thus possible to modify it? It would be a shame if it could not be modified..
that and the front headlight covers come with the Honda Jazz. In Thailand we have a model called Honda Jazz Xtreme.. The Extreme has front lip (which i changed already), side skirts, rear bumper (which i changed), and the front and rear light covers.
Can you tell me the price of what you have on your car? I have a Jazz , same as yours except i-dsi, here in Thailand too but its hard for me to do anything to it since i dont know Thai lol. places and website are rough for me. Don't want to seem like im asking too much but it would be nice to know the prices of each. Thanks a lot and I like you car ;)
I paid 3000 baht (Thai Money) for the bumper and 1500 for the painting and fitting. I got the bumper from a local body works shop. Its made of fiberglass and its a copy of the Ings Rear bumper.
what sort of power increase did you get with these mods? I live in Thailand and thinking of getting a manual jazz as a second car:)

@fileupdates can I ask where you bought your parts and the rough cost? How about the new model jazz? Are all these parts available now?
The weapon-r intake looks interesting. How did you get hold of it? Is there a supplier in Thailand? How did the long hks intake compared to standard?
I figured on getting a manual version, thus saving over 100K, and benefit by being about 60kg lighter. Problem is the wife hates manuals haha
BTW I have a 2004 2.0 civic:)
