  • The girl in the armor has a nice ass

  • My suggestion is dragons scale armor plating for not only chest and back, but arms and legs too. And they could put a strong, steel plate over it. There would also be a supported electric frame made out of a polycarbon(those are extremely light) to help carry the heavy armor. I aqm no designer, but those are my thoughts that I belive would work.

  • we need new boots that can fly so we don't have to walk or run..

lol 20 yrs from now ..soldier don't need physical training .. lol

  • Need some crotch protection!

  • They should make spartan III or II better!

  • Who gives a shit if it "looks ugly" or "the halo suit looks cooler" or "it looks like star wars". That shit doesn't matter. Who looks better? The guy in ugly armor standing there in the middle of battle? Or the guy next to him dead on the ground because his "cool-looking" suit wasn't bulletproof? Who wind there?

  • @MajicLaMa the dead guy on the groud with the coo suit wins lol, but remeber, if it's really ugly in dsign, it might be also uncomfortable and that maters to the soldier

  • star wars

  • Just make a fucking Spartan armor... yet we may have not the tech for the shields but i'm sure we can genetically "upgrade" our soldiers to wear a 3 ton armor....

  • Shitheads... That piece of shit under armour needs diet.

  • I dont like the design of it.

  • prefer HALO suit

  • Yeah... So all that ceramic stuffs nice but I wear a interceptor vest and getting in and out of vehicle with plates(2) the front and back is a pain.

  • Future war means less humans, more machines. Today military strategists are aiming for zero, if not, near zero human casualties accdg. to a report in a news magazine I've read years back. So I would expect more UAVs, UGVs & naval robots in the future.

Cyborgs, well, probably not yet. They could go for enhanced human troops by upgrading their DNA & immunity. So this is more like a transhumanist concept, but in warfare.

  • Green outfit, Masterchief.

  • she had the helmet on crooked

  • can they just make the suits and put them on soldiers now they look too good

  • wheres the fuckin nanosuit you dummies

  • Ehhh armor looks like it came outta a video game...not good at all

now if this type of suit were to be issued...im sure a lot of video game pricks will start enlisting...then our military will become an army of game freaks

  • it looks like a halo suite or a clone trooper

  • What do you all expect from the future soldier, Team Leader's name is DeGay....

  • The armour looks very uncomfortable and clumsy. Unless they get a powered exo-skeleton and air conditioning built into it I can't see troops surviving long wearing it, especially in desert conditions. And how would you relieve yourself in the field wearing that lot? Add a survival unit to deal with body waste and provide drinking water. Totally redesign that helmet. Make it more like a Simpson for better face protection and to include more electronics/sensors, communications module and gas mask.

  • The people in charge of companies like tthese needs to get out there and make the fucking armor, we have the potential we just need to apply ourselves and no one is doing it. I see all the "prototypes" and inventions like the dragon skin armor not being used. Someone with money needs to fund projects to build armor, or else we will continue to have unnecessary casualties on the battlefield.

  • well they look like stormstroopers. Can they see and is that plastic bullet proof

  • Halo came to life

  • there making spartan armor

  • How about you just stop making shit that takes away everything a soldier is. Soldiers used to have to be strong and mentally tough now the fucking gear their making is going to basically make the soldier rly too much on his gear so if hes ever seperated from his suit and gear hes fucked.

  • @KenFranchino that's where you are wrong, they still have to rely on and go thru bootcampscreenings, but it wont have to be as hellish as it used to be allowing a government to train more soldiers, when you have equipment that a civi could put on and act as a soldier in a time of need that's when you know your nation is protected against any invasion force whenever, whatever. Mandalorian society here we come.

  • @dragonlie Yea its not going to be as hellish which means they wont have to be strong because nexoskeleton will do all of the lifting for them. Also with the more expenisve equipment the less soldiers are going to be trained meaning a small army so our wrong on that one too.

  • @KenFranchino Well by hellish i mean the total breakdown of your psyche during the first year service, what you worry about can easily be adjusted by doing specialized fitness in military field camps with cardio mandatory, but not to the extent where they force you to to break, in order to control you more easier. These things will not eliminate the grunt work, just make it more simplified and allow highly trained soldiers to operate on a wider spectrum for prolonged time. Think about it.

  • @dragonlie The more hightech the suits and gear gets the less soldiers theres going to be needed since soon one soldier is going to be like a whole squad. Im telling your right now that soldiers are going to decrease with more an more technology thats why we havent fought in large scale battles with actual armys since ww2.

  • @KenFranchino While i agree on that one somewhat i must also disagree, cause that scenario is a bit off into the future. But when that scenario come its likely its more in the range of the movie surrogates. Just 1 soldier will never happen, to high risk of human error.Plus having that sorta hardware for every soldier will be to expensive. So they have to rely on grunt workers/light troops. Reason why no large scale war is deathtoll, public opinion+no war presented itself in that scale.

  • @KenFranchino on the note of large scale war, you also forget that we as a world are far more commerce reliable on each other, ie China Owns the US Financially. Just look at Iraq at how that "friendly gesture of freedom" turned out. Simply put no country is financially equipped to wage war on that scale anymore, exception China. Plus you also have the deterrent of nuclear weapons, which didn't exist in wwII, if it did the war would have never happen, or likely been uglier.

  • @dragonlie thats true but see with more technology coming out there will be less need for infantry. Infantry units will soon be demobilized and replaced with mech infantry. And any infantry left it will special forces like green beret, ranger etc. See I want to join the army infantry but I dont want to be serving and then down the road into my service they go oh guess what were demobilzing the army more since we dont need as much infantry so good bye.

  • @KenFranchino well not all countries would afford such future tech( mechs for lack of words)

So there`s always a military/Mercenary force that would hire able hands, and the military would always need a pool from where they can select for their more specialized troops so if you`re a able hand and above average you wouldn't have much to worry about. in Such a scenario. Less military but more specialized imo is better. Not like we`re like Starshiptroopers, another body for the grinder.

  • You whant the best solder?

    Train Spartens

  • wow how original this is fucking halo and star wars armor not impressed

  • ironman foreva

  • i would expect something like this to be on our delta and spec ops units maybe even the halo jumpers

  • @nanashi1o3 well this is 30yrs into the future for infantry so i imagine spec ops will have even better shit like suits that cloak them or make them blend in with their enviroment.

  • They should have used Jason Statham than some bitch

  • they have been playing too much games

  • 20 more years just to make that?

Where is my plasma anti gravity shield? Where is my laser rifle? where is mah flying car?

    n00bs!

  • @aizen7777777777 Maybe you should write them an e-mail and apply for a job. I'm pretty sure they could use an expert.

  • @brutsi Already did! But they said I was overqualified and too awesomely genius for them to handle me :D

  • logic and imagination i reckon about 90% imagination and 10% logic goes into that

  • honestly i dont think we should make stuff like this. its getting to robotic and unhuman in war. pretty soon its going to be robots just fighting robots

  • what if u sneezed urgh all over me visor

    forgot to lift it up

  • what if u sneezed urgh all over me visor

  • Where's the crotch protection!?!?!

  • Michio Kaku's show on the science channel, "Sci-fi science: physics of the impossible" has an episode entitled "How to be a superhero". In that episode he shows off the potentials of some tech for the future. What is sad is that all of that is under development NOW.

NANOFIBER ARMOR- Lighter than air, stronger than diamond. That ceramic B.S. can not compete, although once etched with the soldier's data- it will make for a handy tombstone.

NANOFIBER MUSCLE- Awesome strength and speed for X-Os

  • 4(continued) You want a real EXO? look at the potentials of nano fiber muscle: strength 30X that of normal and upto 1000x faster, function even in temps as high as melting steel, or as low as absolute zero.

So lets combine some stuff, play mash-up with this tech.

  • But, nano scale electronics. we are talking about super computers in a grain of sand. what to do with all that processing power?

    3. What else is cool? many devices that would augment a soldier's awareness can be reduced to PROGRAMS. which weigh nothing and take up no physical space.

    4. exoskeleton was mentioned, the current models like HULC and SARCOs are micromotor driven hydralic asists. repeate after me, THAT SUCKS! OLD NEWS. If they try to feild your in this garbage heap, GIVE IT BACK.

  • This is all OLD school tech. not applicable to the future battlefield.

Why do I think this is all wrong?

    1. the armor doesn't fully cover non jointed spans. You are going to need armor that covers as much as possible with moving plates over the jointed areas.

    2. Everything here is old school solid state electronics. Sad. I guess they want the public to believe "huge and blocky" is the wave of the future? no it's not. Not only have there been advances in nano fibers for LIGHTER THAN AIR ARMOR

  • looks a bit tight

  • Comment removed

  • i didnt know george lucas also disighns military wear!

  • looks notin like halo. looks returded?has little gadgets!needs mor3 improvment.ghost recon future soilder is times 10000000000000 better than whats bad about this.

  • Cool Name there

  • 0:41 Dutch DeGay :D

  • it sounded like tales of symphonia at the beginning

  • is like a master cheffdsdaf~

  • Dutch DeGay looks like hes never seen a battlefield.

  • stop war !!!! more peace !! more green life !

  • @rayZeFaraH get the fuck out of here you hippie peace of shit

  • @rayZeFaraH yeah but there are those who are bad and do bad things to good people thats why we need soldiers. We need soldiers to keep innocent people in other countries from dying. And those countries need help from our soldiers.

  • halo

  • what if they shoot you in the balls O.O

  • To be honest, this is reminding me of the JSF or EFEC soldiers from Tom Clancy's EndWar. Sorry for the videogame reference, but the design just looks like it.

  • Master Chief

  • did she said gay

  • Dutch DeGay @ 0:42

  • lol mjolnir :P

  • missing only the covenant

  • halo + storm tooper + power ranger + robo cop= this

  • Comment removed

  • LOL by 2030 they will have something a hell of alot better I guess this means what can be mass deployed by 2030

  • why 2030? it could be in 5 years

  • I think I prefer the uniform seen in Ghost Recon Advanced warfighter

  • @Daynknight1001

    same her brother.

  • that looks so shit, not intimidating at all

  • i would like to come home with my balls if i join the military so add a crotch protector

  • Dutch DeGay.

  • That armor looks like a storm tooper

  • @TheTjswag The black nanoweave armor is just like the Storm and Clone Troopers from SW, the Nanosuit from Crysis 1 and 2 and The Spartan armor in Halo. (It's not just metallic plates, you know) It's the future of infantry armor, but if that thing gets damaged...Sheesh, it's gonna cost a lot of money.

  • @Alex06CoSonic Ghost operatives and Spectres from StarCraft also have such an armor.

  • Omg ! Halo armor with Fallout 3 PipBoy.

  • ну и гавно он как кансервная банка

  • she has cammle toe lol pause at 2mins 2 seconds XD

  • lol, when real life meats halo.

  • it looks like a desert stormtrooper too.

  • heheheh his name is Dutch DeGay

  • shouldnt the future soldier be piloting a mechsuit

    LAME

  • oh so hes gonna make the halo movie thank god

  • Tony Stark showing the masterchief ?

  • lol his name is dutch degay :} imagine if he was actually dutch and gay lmao

  • how about fixing cancer? and saving lives? so they plan of having war still in 2030???? how great.

  • @LuxuriousLuxembourg - depressing, isn't it??

  • @superchris09 not really just a f^^^ up world we live in.

  • one more question, how you supposed to pee in there? i rather wear the standard Battle Dress Uniform than these armor!!! xD LOL!

  • @malaysianmetalhead well this is a promo for a game...

  • i will be around 30 years old during the year 2020,my brother already joining the Navy and i will joining the Air Force...

  • hhahahahahaha

    De"Gay" hahahahahaa

  • GOD BLESS THE WEST!

  • Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier

    it comes true now!!!???

    sweet!!!!

  • USNC!! Halo!!

  • wtf is that come on we can do better then that lolthat looks like a cheap halo suit of armor

  • HALO ODST generation coming soon

  • halllllllllo

  • looks like by 2030 we'll be having soldiers jumping 20 feet in the air and no scoping people ;D

  • lol looks like they have been playing too much Halo

  • I dont like the helmet, master chief got a better helmet

  • Dutch de Gay. classic name

  • looks like real life halo

  • @Glenndeman4fun please dont say that...

  • @Glenndeman4fun you said"looks like real life halo" my reply"uh oh, this could go badly."

  • @Glenndeman4fun Gtfo halofag.

  • @ReadyRave hi troll!

  • @Glenndeman4fun Pay toll to cross bridge or die.

  • @Glenndeman4fun It look like nanosuit more then halo's armor

  • @Glenndeman4fun looks like crysis too

  • The Tan Ranger.

  • i want scients tobuild laser guns and anti laser systems.

  • laser? would that really be as good as our modern guns?

  • They can shoot down missiles successfully! However they would not be in good use for combat.

  • 2:08

    Good ol' Oakley's.

  • ODST bitches ODST

  • halo

  • halo...

  • Halo!

  • Paint it white and then you whould look like a Stormtrooper

  • next is nanomachines injected to a soldier's body

MGS4 and MAG; PMCs with each corresponding weapons company and region

then we have ww3 as proxy wars in regions of interest

  • @wachinichu

nanomachines were actually invented by shirow masamune, mangaka of "ghost in the shell" (all time best manga\anime film)

  • There won't ever be a war after world war 3 if that ever happens.

And not because we're so peace loving either. because we'll all be dead.

  • "I don't know what weapons will be used for WW3, but I do know that in WW4 it will be fought with sticks and stones" ~Albert Einstein

  • @DunkableDave I was actually thinking of that quote when i wrote my original comment haha :P

  • bullshit, ww3 doesnt mean the end of technology

  • @sg1nick instead, thanks to ww2 we got a shit load of new technologies, i bet same will happen on ww3, atleast if no nukes are used to appli those new technologies in a post war enviroment.

  • by 2030 we will have small bulletproof armor that fits into these durable armor plates that can be swapped out for new ones as well as being a more flexible material. This also provides a lot of cover on the body. In our modern military, usually the legs and arms are not even covered.

  • i like geek ppls they so smart! God bless them even most of them are 8ies LOLz i wish i was smart like them so i can invent stuff for soldiers....God bless good nation in this harsh world!!!......fuck the terrorist fuck taliban & alquaeda they are not "mujahadin" tru soldiers of God is good ppl, not terrorist....God bless America!

  • hmm i dont like it we really dont need this to make a super soldier if we make a spec ops division and give them the best gear and give them extreme mental and fisical conditioning tada weve got super soldiers

  • soldiers will never look like that or how you see them in the movies unless the countries pull their heads out of their asses and stop putting a price tag on everything. the americans wont even equip their army members with the best body armor available right now. Instead they opt for older and cheaper body armor. unless countries start thinkin about the well being of others, not price tags, nothing will change. but face it, if we stoped thinkin about money the wourld would be a better place.

  • @nagerbeech well mate you only have to look at whats going on in the british army

  • lol Notice how the suit shields the head and the whole body except the butt and the crotch.

  • You can just imagine all the Halo 3 fanboiz who want to be master chief applying for the military by 2030...

  • No Shit :P Or the military going to game design companies and saying "Design us something that is mobile to real life simulation but can protect a soldier to most parts of his body" Then after that probably some sort of chemical enhancements voluntarily to soldiers for better fighting.

  • @ViruzNoob14 lol

  • This is just like the Halo Spartan type concept body armor exoskeleton...but as the guy said there will be a lot of changes in that because it doesn't look like its gonna protect well.

  • i watched a documentary called i think operation anaconda.,u guys probably have heard of it, well a navy seal team was ambushed as soon as they landed , they land on a mountain that was supposed to be free of enemies,,all the intel was base on modern tech.,couple of guys were killed ,so my point is that tech can be a disadvantage sometimes.if u relie to much on it.

  • @hotdude23 Yeah I heard about that, they didn't bank on the fact that the Taliban had canals in that region.

  • u can have all the technology u want... all the space age stuffs.... but thers no substitute for raw courage, fighting spirit and the will to survive and beat the odds....without it u are as good as dead....thats what will win the wars....has done and will always do....in past, presnt and future..... and thats the bottom line....

  • True but this will make you braver!

  • @gemini160681 Yeah, and that's what American soldiers always have, this tech will just amplify their fighting spirit.

  • look at the gaps in their fucking armour and at least try to make them look cool put some shoulder plate some spikes and chains and plasma rifle and u got 1 badass soldier and they should make heavy troopers in battle suite that stand about 12 feet tall with a gatling gun and melie chainsaw sword

  • You sure you haven't been playing too many video games?

  • idk....lol would be cool though : )

  • u daydreaming

  • Halo= Future Marines :)

  • this is not going to happen and the guy knows it

    waste of time

  • ill take liquid body armor covering neck to ankle

    with xm25
