i got the two giants to chase me and fall off but they rarely chase me and i don;t know how to make them do it regularly. i tried grabbing but they don't care, and those stupid skeletons block the ledge so when the giant goes there he cant move but he can hit -__-

This worked like a charm for me on the first try even. I lured them all to the bottom ledge by running around for a bit. Get them to attack and then drop down and move left once and pop back up and they fall over the edge. The timing does seem to be important

Guys the best strategy is to choose one chill and lure the two giants to it, then keep going back and forth on the ledge (it won't auto drop you if you go left to right) and come up, prime the giants to attack, then go back down. This way the giants will fall. The big guy will sometimes come close and fall as well, otherwise just finish him with bashing. The key is to crowd the ledge so the monsters get pushed off.

Great strategy. I had more luck, though, by using your strategy (hanging off the ledge) until the two hammer dudes fell off, then simply using the battering ram to take out the cyclops and then ripping the last few guys in half with grab + triangle. But I finally managed to finish it, after tons of failed attempts before using this strategy. Thanks a lot!

Not only it requires 100% prefect execution: grab, run, hit, throw — still you need a shitload of luck. The most frustrating thing is the quantity of effort you should put into completing challenge the legit way and still — no skill can grant you success because of the randomness. Fuck that! I was way too close to bashing my controller against the wall.

I've tried to complete it your way about twenty times before I got the timing right and then did it. Without frustration indeed. Thanks a lot!

With this strategy the frustration is about that when the stone dude hits a sentry.. It falls upon me, and I fall off >_>, oh, and this game is so realistic, the can smash on ur hands wit the giant maul, and you will fall.

Guys to stay on the ledge there is 2 ways.1 way is just stay and u will fall on 10 seconds.2nd way is infinite stay.Go left and right believe me u wont fall just hit x rapidly and then right or left.

Thank you for this vid!!!!! I`ve seen most of the other vids but they really don`t help me very much. Btw I`m not a pro-gamer so this challenge really pissed me off. I didn`t count but it felt like 50 tries or somthing. With your strategy I did it on my second!!! It was awsome. TO ALL WHO DONT THINK THIS WORKS: Just read and watch carefully what he`s doing. When you hang off the plattform KEEP MOVING!!! (L+X) Then go back up again. If they don`t fall off do it again and again. IT WORKS PERFECT!

@MajinHanky there was no patch for this challenge, i just tried the same thing again and it still works. are you standing on the platform long enough for the stone giants to attack you?

Yeah i got it now, a couple hours after the initial 15 tries..lol thanks, even though it was still frustrating for me...but i had to take the giant out the ring by actually hitting him with the foot soldiers. This tricked worked good for the cyclops things though. Thanks.

its working except the beserker never seems to want to come close enough to the edge to do the slam move and fall off, ive popped up from the ledge to try and initiate him to come closer but he just seems to want to stand in one spot, if i can get to that point again with enough time left i may have to resort to picking the guys up and throwing them at him

@krautmouse see in the video i'm constantly moving or getting back up because you only have around 2 seconds to hang in one spot,so you need keep moving left or right.
