First of all... I live in Ca. Babies being born dozens and dozens weekly of illegals that come here only to have there children. Vans are loaded up and brought here . In Hoag hospital , newport beach Ca... the cost of delivery is between 6, and 10 thousand dollars. Doctor , lease of the hospital room etc . You and I pay for these kids. If one of the parents are not legal, then the kid is not legal. At least one of the parents must be here legally. Period. Make it law!

I'd tell him the same thing we tell the children of car thieves, shoplifters and any other criminal. Then I would send him back to the country that should have already provided form for him from the time of 18 in the first place. BTW, after 18 1/2, they are illegal under the law and subject to deportation.
We don't throw the children of car thieves, shoplifters, murderers, or anybody else into a foreign land where they know no one and don't speak the language.
