  • what is the weight stack on your multi gym and whats your total reisistance

  • Good vid mate, thanks for the help

  • keep it up

  • ive just bought a multigym but its only got 50kg weight stack.. can i add weights later on?

  • @samadini01 it depends on your multi gym, check with the makers, i did have 1 before which i added another 50kg which i loved..then moved to spain and got a cheap 1 and it only has 60kg on it with no upgrades....so i put a bar on it and it now takes another 40 kg in free weights but you have to be very carefull that the wires can take the weight...

  • @fitness1ststeps okay thanks mate i will look into it, i like ur videos by the way, their pretty useful

  • Thats not a speedball its a double end bag or a floor-ceiling bag.

  • @AFCBeau now days its a double ended speed ball or floor to ceiling speed ball...go ebay and search speed ball and have a look...

  • nice 1 richie

  • @leathlebizzle thanks....this is 1 of my other accounts..

  • Ripped is when the mustle's is in perfect shape and really defined bulk is size

  • Excellent. You video. Regards!

  • what does it mean when u get ripped body

  • is bulking muscle better than ripping

  • @koi0178 Hi, this is Richie...bulking builds the muscle to make it bigger and ripping cuts the muscle up for more definition...it depends on what you want to do...

  • Atlast id found a trainer thats not a stupid body builder.. Speaks in PLAIN english.. keep it up

  • @MrShane303 THANKS!!!!

  • I do 3x 12 reps of a medium/heavy weight? But i tend to do 2 different routines for each muscle group...does that sound any good? Been doing 3 full-body workouts , 3 times a week for 4 months and have managed to bulk up from 10,3 stone to 11,5! I just need to get rid of the little ring of fat at the bottom part of my belly, any ideas?

  • no it wont be too much....just dont go to heavy until you are used to the weights..

  • @1Trixstar thanks

  • @jaboy150 ive got a multi gym and im 15 mate. there good once you get started and you do weights without thinking but you can lack motivation when having a break for a few days. there a good buy, but mine is overcalibrated by 20kg so when im doing 50 say its 70 :/ they break after a few years mines started becoming a bit rattly

  • @benmben1 safe

  • hey there!you seem that you know a lot about working out.well can you answer me a question?it is said that pulling weight makes people shorter in height.. is this true??

  • @DionisisK0 not true......im a diabetic and they test my height every tim i go for a check up for years...ive trained all my life and i have been 5foot11 most my life too....

  • hi im going to buy the york g201 with 100k weight on it, i was just wondering if this is enough weight to build good muscle or would i have to buy one with more weight or other weights such as dumbells etc?

  • your vids are really helpful.

im thinking of spending up to £500 on a multi gym, do you have any ideas?

be great to hear back from you cheers

  • @jacksansom20ten Hi, for 500 you should be able to pick up a good multi-gym, most do the same things and some have little extras but what you should look out for is make sure you get 1 with 100 k or more or 1 you can add a weight extension too later. also find the 1 you want and then check out ebay because a lot of people buy these and dont use them. check the york ones. hope this helps

  • Nice and simple, thanks!

I'm thinking of buying a multi gym thing.

Can you tell me the exact name you use for you videos?

    thanks

  • @adialbum Hi, this is Richie from fitness1ststeps...the multi-gym i use in the video is just some cheap 1 i got here in spain...when looking for multi-gyms make sure you get 1 which you can add more weight too because most come with not much weight...you will eventually need about 100Kg...also check Argos because they do good 1's and also find the 1 you want then check ebay because a lot of people buy these and never use them..hope this helps

  • nice vid!!! really helpful. i just bought a multigym and this helped me a lot to understand the different exercises i can do... Greetings from Argentina and thanks again Richie!

  • Nice vid. Really helpful. Subscribed and thumbs up

  • I've watched most of your vids and I think they are quite good. You give tips and tricks through out your vids which is good. Although I have educated my self on weight training I found your vids very useful as i am not attually old enough to go to the gym and they are also very good for any proper beginners getting into weight training.
