What people don't realise these people are using wow models and the already functioning wow animations for those models in this machinima. It's not as if that he's making the dances or animations himself.

The kneeling actually suits the guards more because Xavius is more above them, and the night elf male bows are not enough respecting of Xavius's position over them.

@Malardene I'm not saying that at all. Don't take my words literally. After all the work this man and his partner have put into this. I'd have expected people to be a bit more supporting. They're doing it all solo, without pay. For people's entertainment. The last thing I'd expect people to nitpick about is how long a guard kneels for Xavius.
