  • I have tears in my eyes! U___U

  • Ponies have made this 20% cooler.

  • I take it the two who said they didn't like it, support the MURDER of the men, women, and children on that day? How despicable!

    I love this tribute!

  • Budweiser tastes like piss warm or cold. They spend all their money on advertising instead of making a quality beer...they should be ashamed. Damn good commercials though, they know how to market.

  • So awesome. Beyond what words can describe.

  • amazing!! gave me goosebumps just watching it! :) budweiser has amazing video clips with their horses

  • AB WAS a great American company...

  • Commercial still gives me chills.

  • Such gorgeous animals... so noble. Beautiful tribute.

  • This is the best video on all of Youtube!! As a USO volunteer, I'm thanking you from the very, very, VERY bottom of my heart!!

  • that was so sweet of the horses that they bow to the twin towers

  • actually they laid off over a 1,000 workers in st. louis because of the inbev buyout and not the economy, my uncle had 3 friends alone who were laid off

  • Anheiser Busch is one of the few companies in this country that hasn't laid anyone off yet. They still employ many workers, and the new ownership hasn't changed a thing in the business model.

Also, this is the best commercial ever.

  • In all my life I've never cried in any film, Shindler's List, Saving Private Ryan, Glory, Shawshank Redemption, Cool Hand Luke, I never cried to any tribute of 9/11 in the years that followed......

but I ball like a baby at this commercial...class.

  • What beautiful, noble animals and a great tribute to our lost loved ones on that fateful day.

  • i sure hope they get to run over bin laden and his goons

  • I see your point and what a great idea. But do you really want those horses to step in shit?

  • no, but what a way for them to meet ALAHA!!! lol

  • Don't forget about Coors or Yeungling not to mention all of the other local breweries. It's time to support local buisness, and who knows, maybe a new "King of Beers" will emerge in the United States of America.

  • And this new company will be buy by SAAB, Heineken, Inbev or another international giant of beers....

  • Budweiser is America. It's always been American. As an American I will not continue to purchase or drink Budweiser if it is no longer American owned

  • The important is: Budweiser will be always the same!

    I love Budweiser!

  • Perfectly. That is the idea.

  • I Love the tribute. It was incredible

  • Do you think INBEV will donate a million dollars a year to our veterans? Screw all of you who think this is a good thing, this is one of the worst things to happen to America since hippies.

  • ferrydawg: And why INBEV will not donate this money? AMBEV, the unity of Inbev for Latin America, have a social politc with donates for ambiental areas and for help poor people.

Stop crying. When a north american company buys a latin american one, it is good but when a latin-european company buys an american this is a crime?

As we say in Brazil: Pimenta nos olhos dos outros é refresco.

  • I will never buy Bud again if this goes through. I may be one tiny drop (literally, as I don't drink much) but if all Bud drinkers did this, the company would have nothing.

  • I have always drank Bud but if our government lets this sale go through I will never drink another Bud and will find another one. Bud is American and not Belgian.

  • My dear friend, Bud tastes like water. You should be happy because Inbev´s beers are much better.

And now you have two options: buy an belgian-brazilian Bud or a south african Miller. You choose.

    Brazilians Hughs for you.

And now you have two options: buy an belgian-brazilian Bud or a south african Miller. You choose.

  • Made me cry!

  • Budweiser is the AMERICAN Beer! If they sell it won't be that anymore! Jobs will be lost and people forced into early retirement also benefits will be cut! Not to mention they have a plant in Cuba that InBev failed to disclose! There isn't much left that we can call true American. Don't take our Beer, Clydesdale's and Dalmatians away. That's Un-American!Plus our environment will suffer along with the 1 American company that supports our Military!

  • Estabilizador is absolutely right. For decades Americans, Europeans and Japanese bought or merged with companies in countries like Brazil. The consequences were new markets and more competition, which is good, but also lay-offs. And the opposite? A Brazilian company buying an American, like Gerdau and Vale already did. That can't happen? Is freedom a one way privilege only?

  • Yes... let's go!! Now Budweiser is our!! One more brazilian beer company.

  • Go fuck yourself you cunt. With the new Belgian owners thousands of people in St. Louis and around the world will lose their jobs, One of the most envorimentally-conscious corporations in the world will revert back to traditional ways, and THE most generous benefactor to just about every cause in the St. Louis area will stop funding everything that they have done for the people here.

  • Damn right! My beloved city of St Louis is on the decline after this...(sob)

  • Folks - this may be a subtle distinction, but hear me out.

There's a difference between a company and a brand. This is marketing 101 (with thanks to Al Ries).

While AB is a company, Bud is a brand - and a brand is more than nuts and bolts - it's the story behind it. Sure, Bud's quality is up for debate, to be sure. But when people choose to buy a Bud - whether it's in Nebraska or Nepal - they're "buying into" the idea of America.

That's why this is a bad business move for AB.

  • How much Americana has to be destroyed before we wake up and nothing left is American. This country is being sold off at an alarming rate.

I am so glad we saved Europe from the Nazi's.

    *

  • And our Democat-controlled Congress thrives on this.

  • Godwin's Law has come into effect...

  • saveab you try but it's a done deal, say hello to inbev bud.

    check your stuff happen today

  • vamo comprando! vamos comprando! rsrsrs

  • I don´t understand.

Americans can buy companies around the world, but the foreign people can´t buy american companies?

    Why?

    This is freedom?

    This is free market?

    God bless ONLY america?

  • and by country i meant company.

  • i loved this commercial. please vote to save AB @ saveab . com and keep a legendary country in the heart of america.

  • i think that saveab is doing a good thing. but if you don't have 100% percent from the board members what do you have.that's all it takes is one and it is a done deal. you have one uncle busch that is for inbev. that's not good at all.

  • I was a girl scout, when I first saw this magnificent animals at Grant's farm in St. Louis--Long live Anheuser-Busch - HERE in the USA, THERE in St. Louis, EVERYWHERE good people want at least ONE American owned company left standing.

    Yvonne,Bob and Kazandra

    Ava,Illinois

  • Brilliant commercial. I live in Sydney Australia and prefer to drink Bud, than the famous Australian beers available here. I've signed the petition, and there is not much more I can do, but patriotic Americans can. SAVE AB FROM FOREIGN OWNERSHIP!.... Good luck. (Gary, Sydney Australia).

  • Also remember that Inbev isnt combining with AB, they are buying each share for CASH so there will be NO MORE Anheuser-Busch Inc. Gone. Inbev is on the Brazilian stock market, not NYSE, etc. NO equal Shares, just gone. Inbev can close, fire, sell, take, whatever whomever they want after that. Unions, charity, clydesdales, heck even no more beechwood aging for that matter... GONE. SAVE AB, SAVE a truly American company. Tell your congressmen that you want them to help save AB and America!

  • You are corny! And it's more than a friggen beer. It's a St. Louis & an American tradition & we must all do everything we can to save AB! Have you never seen an animal show you a miracle. Now you have!!! Get off your couch & open your eyes dude!

  • I currently work for A-B and it is a wonderful, amazing place. Please help us keep it American-owned!

  • Beautiful. Wonderful tribute.

  • i just got chills from that video! save ab and save the drink of the st. louis cardinals!

  • visit the saveAB website! Help in the fight!

  • Wow is about all I can muster up. That is just too amazing that they did that. Even after 7 years, that still made me cry. Just amazing...

  • So touching !

Bravo AB ! Only an American company could reflect this solemn episode in American history

  • If there is any disaster in the WORLD America is right there offering help . The U.S. has consistently been there for Europe and for the most part has paid for the defense of Europe since WWII . We dish out Billions of dollars every year in AID . An all we hear is the bad comments towards our country . Personally I think the US should close its borders and hit the reset button on the rest of the world and make them deal with us on the same terms . No AID , No one sided Free trade.

  • So true! you've said it all!

  • Keep Anheuser-Busch AMERICAN!

  • Even after a merger Anheuser-Busch will remain American...

  • NO IT WON'T!!!! INBev WIL HAVE A MAJORITY STAKE IN AB!!!!

  • Yes it will. Just as Beck's is still German, Brahm still Brazilian,...

  • And how do you know that? Just because they say it will doesn't make it truth!

  • sounds like the union is at fault not AB. Being in human resources for a number of years dealing with unions, I bet you a bud it was the union that kicked you to the curb. All because you gotta bad union rep that didn't do his job or didn't know how to do his job.

  • your right. sounds like his union let him down. folks should check out the grass roots movement to saveAB sorry, cant post the actual link

  • -babsgarcia-

Just put spaces between everything and youtube is none the wiser.

    w w w . saveab . c o m

  • I agree this is a great tribute, but as a former employee of Budweiser, it's a shame they do not treat employees who get injured on the job with the same respect and dignity. They want you to know all the great things they do but certainly don't want you to hear about how they really treat their employees!! Now everybody I use to work with wants my help to fight this take over....I ask you all my union brother and sisters.....where were you when I needed you????

  • Pentium2man,

Sounds like you need a better lawyer. By the way....why would AB Corp. be the ones you are mad at??? Sounds like your Union didn't take care of you. You can bet that the Teamsters will be OUT, if Imbev takes over. Get ready for Busch Stadium to get changed over to Imbev Park....Christ!!!!

  • What are the gold medals shown at :32? What do they mean/stand for if anything? Beautiful horses by the way. Those are some BIGGG feet. LOL.

  • That is the Bud logo. It's just a lanyard that all the Budweiser clydesdales wear as part of their harness

  • Wow. Incredible. What a moving tribute to the victims of 9/11

  • Wow. Just, wow.

I may not cry when I see this, but I get chills and goosebumps.

  • I agree with you pegasus97

  • what amazing horses, beautiful too

  • classic

  • so glad I have found this video. It brought tears to my eyes the day it aired and I've been looking for it ever since. A great and timeless tribute

  • Amen! And such beautiful animals!

  • this video brought tears to my eyes! thank you budweiser, god bless the USA.

United we stand, Divided we fall.

  • for the commercial, the clydesdales stayed at the barn where i ride so i got to see them....they truly are amazing animals! no wonder they call them gentle giants

  • Thank you for uploading this video. Last I checked, the Clydesdales aren't republicans or democrats. It's a beautiful tribute.

  • So you are saying a media-created Obama or a so-called powerful woman that not only tolerates her husband's infidelity, but has clearly larger character flaws? YOU wake up, kpm1001! The majority of people that vote do not have a clue! Rudy will ride 9/11 right into the White House. Keep believing the hype! Michael Moore seems to have a great impact on the weak-minded middle-aged like you and my father.

  • I with YOU! These people don't know what they are doing. I was hoping Rudy would have been are next Pres..... By the way, I love this comm.

    Thats what is all about.

  • Rudy Giuliani will make GWB seem like Abe Lincoln. This country doesn't need another incompetent Republican. Anyone who supports him hasn't read anything about him. If you did you would know what a terrible person he is bith personally and professionally. When your own kids shun you doesn't that say something? Dcrozberry wake up you turd!

  • Thank god for George Bush, Rudy Giuliani and Budweiser!

  • if this doesnt bring a tear to your eye nothing does......

  • I love clydesdales - they are so beautiful! =]

  • Speechless. *sniff*

  • its a gorgeous commercial..had tears forming in my eyes... there is something about these horses.. its just beautiful

  • actually this only aired once on superbowl sunday as bud didn't want to use it to make money, only show their respect.

class act all the way. beautiful commercial

  • i appreciate any effort from any company -- they have a right to make profit off their efforts... but they didnt ignore the subject like most companies did.

  • I grew up in St. Louis and have talked to some of the trainers for the AB Clydesdales. Those horses actually did that without any computer animation. It took about two weeks for all the horses to learn it.

  • Absolutely breath-taking.

  • I just cried so much I got my table all soaked.

    Beautiful commercial!

  • I will never forget seeing this during the Superbowl that year. I cried like a total weinie back then, and it still brings a tear to my eye.

  • Lovely and moving.

  • i love this one and i love these horses!!

  • As A horse lover and an AMERICAN, I can't help but be so proud of them!

I think God hears the prayers of horses, dogs and children.

    Beautiful, beautiful commercial.

  • *Gulp* Beautiful!

  • wow i had never seen this before. i can saftley say that's the best one out there

  • Awesome
