Thank you for speaking up.The voice of Females is of crucial meaning,in this regard.Everybody that considers to submit their babee Boy to reductive surgery must know: It HONESTLY(!) serves no medical purpose.But it bears serious risks.Peeling off, a miniature PrePuce from a minature GlanS (they are fused in infancy), and inflicting a wound at the proximity of Organs of E-gestion (bacterially alkalynizing traces of Urine in the Diapers, not to even talk of Feces) is NOT a "minor surgery".
Man are afraid that women will laugh at them. Women are afraid that men will kill them. Thats the best way to sum up human insecurities in my estimation.
