Seems Steve still has that Gibson ES-175 hollow body; and is still playing Fender amps. His beat roots run very deep! These guys sound great. Especially like the Howlin' Wolf song they're doing behind the closing credits. How cool is this?!
@Bodica Probably because it is. After this he was in Tomorrow (I think The Syndicats became Tomorrow) then he was in a very short-lived band called, Bodast, then he he was in Yes.
I knew their single "Crawdaddy Simone" but never heard this before - AWESOME - were they later in the 60`s the psychedelic band Syn?? (14 hour technicolour dream).
@wycombe199 No, syr. The Syn did feature Peter Banks and Chris Squire, so along with the Syndicats' Steve Howe, they both fed members to Yes, but shared no members between them.
Steve Howe goes total punk-ass! This is even better than "Tales From Topographic Oceans".
The singer is the ultimate garage non-singer, gotta love it! (Though I do think their version of "On The Horizon" is really beautiful.) Wish there was footage of them doing "Crawdaddy Simone".
sure! another case o protopunksters without knowing they were so
