  • Yes I cycle on the lowest level for 1 hour a day while watching my favorite shows, it's slow just how I like it, I am shaping up well and losing weight!

  • I have. I've been doing the Brazil Butt Lift for two weeks and I can see and feel the changes in my body already (especially my butt--it's gotten firmer!! I'm gonna keep going (with the right food of course) until I see that six pack through my shirt haha

  • YAY!!! I been keepin up (well for the most part) wit my workout...I'm tryna stick to 5 days a week but right now i'm between 3-5. I just need to get the eating under control. I'm doin good on the weight though. I'm losin slower then what i would if i was eating right but I'm still losin so i'm happy lol
