@bigshugchicpopin lol she is singing, the video just lags. you can tell that it's her for 2 reasons, the first being that no one could possibly be that horrible at lipsynCing(not lip singing-_-), if they were honestly trying, and the second reason being that the acoustics in whatever room she is in( presumably the bathroom), sound just like what you would expect. enough said.
